Tom Selgas Thomas ("Tom") Selgas, Esq., serves as the monetary policy expert for the United States Bill of Rights Foundation in Washington, D.C. Over the past decade, Tom has worked closely with Dr. Edwin Vieira, Jr. in updating, revising the republishing Pieces of Eight, The Monetary Powers and Disabilities of the United States Constitution (2002 update release 2010). This work is reputed to be the most comprehensive study in existence of American monetary law and history viewed from a constitutional perspective.

Tom brings not only his sharp legal mind to monetary policy analysis, but also approaches the subject from a scientists's perspective, being the named inventor/co-inventor on more than 20 U.S. patents.
